Welcome

I am an artist, not a writer. My Intent is not to educate, enlighten or inspire but rather to clarify my motivations to myself. I find that when I write down the thoughts and reasons that I take certain paths, it helps me to avoid repeating the same mistakes over and over again. Let's face it, authentic work evolves through a series of mistakes, lessons learned and options eliminated.

    1. Thanks David, I am never quite sure if I am actually headed in the right direction. I think it is difficult to be objective about your own work. Your comments help.

    1. Thanks Jeane, I have been watching your blog. Very impressive, always nice to have a show to work towards. I am intrigued by the figures that are "showing up" in your work. The next piece that I am putting on my blog has subject matter. I would appreciate your opinion .

  3. Lyrical and musical all at the same time.

We are all in flux, so it makes sense that our work would reflect this effect.

On another note, though, sometimes I see your work being larger than it is, i.e. mural size or larger still.

    Good work!

    1. Thanks Micros. I use to work large (6' plus), but cement gets cumbersome at that size. It is possible to work that large but It would have to be site specific so I would not have to deal with storing all those large pieces in my studio. I appreciate your input.
